It can measure three-dimensional products from multiple angles, including 360° X- and Y-axis, cylindrical shapes, etc. The height in the Z-axis direction can also be measured at the touch of a button, in µm increments. It is used in all kinds of inspection situations, such as prototype and in-process inspections, to maintain uniform product quality.

材料の塑性変形をする温度を測定します。形状記憶合金の場合は、素材の変態温度を調べるために使用します。
※素材の変態とは…<例>氷→水→湯気(固体の総変態)

水が温度によって見ため(状態)を変化させるのと同じように、形状記憶合金も温度の変化に応じて組織内部が変化します。ただし、水のような分かりやすい見た目の変化は無いため、組織の変化が起こっているか『示差走差熱量計』を使って測定します。
※材料証明書に記載の変態点はインゴット単位となるため弊社では実材料から調べます。

Just as water changes its appearance (state) depending on temperature, shape memory alloys also change their internal structure in response to changes in temperature. However, since there is no change in appearance that is as obvious as that of water, we use a "differential calorimeter" to measure whether a change in microstructure has occurred.
The transformation point indicated on the material certificate is in ingot units, so we examine the transformation point from the actual material.
